Cosvia support

This page answers common questions about Arsenal, Ballistics, Grouping, Command, and Coin Store purchases. If your issue is not covered here, email the support team with your app version, build number, and a short description of the screen where the issue happened.

1

How do I restore purchased coins?

Open Coin Store and use the restore path available in your current version of Cosvia. If the purchase is recognized but your balance does not update, wait a moment for recovery to finish and then reopen the store. Include the product name and purchase time if you email support.

2

What if my coin balance looks wrong?

Reopen Coin Store first so Cosvia can refresh purchase and balance state. If your balance still looks incorrect, email support with the product you bought, the approximate time, and whether the issue happened after reinstalling, restoring, or switching devices.

3

Why does Cosvia need camera access?

Camera access is used to capture a target image for Grouping review. If you do not grant camera access, you can still use Arsenal, Ballistics, Command, and any Grouping flow that starts from a previously imported image or manual impact marking.

4

Why does Cosvia need access to my photos?

Photo Library access is used when you import a target image for Grouping or attach a reference image to an Arsenal bow record. Cosvia does not use photo access to browse unrelated albums; it uses the specific image you chose for that workflow.

5

How does target image review work in Grouping?

Grouping lets you capture or import a target image, then choose whether to continue with AI-assisted shot detection or stay on the manual marking path. The selected image is sent for analysis only after you confirm the review prompt. If the result looks wrong, use a clearer image or mark the impacts by hand.

6

What does Command store?

Command is the maintenance area for equipment service history. It can hold records such as item names, wear state, service intervals, and maintenance notes for strings, cables, limbs, rests, and other components you choose to track.

7

Where should I send a support or privacy request?
