Cosvia Privacy

Privacy Policy

Cosvia is a target archery practice app built around Arsenal, Ballistics, Grouping, Command, and Coin Store. This Privacy Policy explains what stays on your device, what may be shared when you use AI shot detection, and how purchases and permissions are handled.

1. Information stored on your device

Cosvia may store bow profiles, equipment images, ballistics inputs, grouping notes, maintenance logs, app preferences, notification state, coin balance information, purchase recovery state, and your first-use AI consent choice on your device.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Cosvia, we may collect or process:

3. How We Use Your Information

Cosvia uses setup, review, maintenance, and purchase data to present the features you requested, keep your session consistent across launches, restore interrupted purchase flows, and respond to support questions. The app is designed to keep most working records local and move only the information required for a feature you actively choose.

When you choose AI-assisted shot detection in Grouping, the selected target image is sent to a third-party image analysis provider so the app can estimate impact positions. That transfer is initiated only after you confirm the AI prompt.

4. Your Grouping images and AI processing

Cosvia only sends the target image you selected for Grouping review. It does not request unrelated photos, contacts, or general device media for that task. The image is used to analyze the target face and return shot coordinates or related review output.

If you do not want to use cloud AI detection, you can skip the prompt and continue with manual impact marking instead. Saved bow reference photos and any records you choose to keep remain on your device until you remove them or clear local app data.

5. Your camera, photo, microphone, and tracking choices

Camera access is used to capture target images for Grouping. Photo Library access is used to import target images or bow reference photos. Microphone permission may be used for guided audio workflows in supported versions of Cosvia. Tracking permission, when granted, is used to measure feature reliability and improve practice tools.

If you deny any of these permissions, you can still use the parts of Cosvia that do not depend on them, including saved setup records, ballistics calculations, existing maintenance logs, and manual Grouping workflows.

6. Coin Store purchases

In-app purchases are processed through Apple. Product, transaction, and receipt-related information may be handled by Apple and the purchase framework when you buy coins through Coin Store.

Cosvia may store local delivery and recovery markers so coin balances can be restored and duplicate delivery can be avoided after an interrupted purchase flow.

7. Third-party services

Cosvia may rely on third-party services in categories such as app platform and payment processing, AI image analysis for Grouping, and analytics or attribution services when you have granted tracking permission.

8. Your choices and control

You can manage the data stored on your device by removing saved content from the app, deleting local account data when that option is available, resetting the stored AI consent choice in Settings, or uninstalling the app.

If you reset AI consent, Cosvia will ask again before the next AI-assisted Grouping analysis.

9. Contact

Privacy questions, data rights requests, and policy concerns can be sent to support@cosvia.com. If possible, include your app version and the feature involved, such as Arsenal, Grouping, Command, or Coin Store.
